Small Steps To Feeling Your Best

  1. Hydrate, I try to drink 3-4 liters of water everyday. It’s amazing how something that seems so small can truly shape your day.

  2. Take your vitamins! I take my all-in-one Immunotype supplement daily to ensure I’m receiving the right amount of Vitamins, Minerals & Herbs in my system daily.

  3. Movement, I can’t stress this enough. Even if just a 20 minute walk or a short bike ride. Make sure you get in your daily exercise to get the heart rate going.

  4. A good nights rest. It’s hard to function unless I’m sleeping a solid 8 hours a night. Read a book or drink a calming tea and get that beauty sleep!
